Event Check List – Once Entries Close

  • Entries close 4 weeks before an event, the draw will be made the following Tuesday. Please send your match times to the SDA as soon as you can once you have received the draw.
  • The SDA will send you a poster with the draw for printing.

Event Check List – Leading Up To Your Event

  • Send any sponsor logos to the SDA to be added to the draw
  • Send ProAm draws and start times to the SDA from distribution
  • Update your event website (if you have one) and send link to the SDA
  • Provide any social media tags that should be used
  • If your event has a player rep assigned they will be in touch with you
  • iPads will be needed for scoring, please check with the SDA to see if they will be supplying these

Event Check List – Game Day!

  • Before play begins have the court(s) swept (and moped if needed but allow time for it to dry out completely)
  • Print Draws
  • Stock first aid kit and place near court. We recommend including plenty or band aids, tape, and rapid seal for blood injuries
  • Ice for ice packs in case of injury
  • Make sure water is available near the court
  • Have a clip board with pen and paper available if needed for refereeing
  • Have a box of new balls readily available

Event Check List – Once Your Event is Over

  • Please send a completed copy of your ProAm draw to the SDA and the total amount you are paying for the ProAm. This allows the SDA to send you an invoice.
