Missouri Athletic Club Open Draw SDA Live

The SDA Pro Tour adds a second event in St. Louis, Missouri, this weekend in the form of the inaugural $20,000 SDA Bronze Missouri Athletic Club.

The SDA’s own Adam Bews, formerly out of the Field Club of Greenwich, was the catalyst behind the tournament as the new head professional at the Missouri Athletic Club. The MAC Open adds to the St. Louis Open, which is hosted at the Racquet Club of St. Louis. Bews and the St. Louis Open organizer, Mike Puertas, join forces as the locals in the sole qualifying match Friday afternoon, which completes the eight-team main draw.

2014 St. Louis Open champion Viktor Berg will hope for more success in St. Louis, and is seeded first along with the highest-ranked player in the draw, world No. 5 John Russell.

Berg & Russell are seeded to meet Trinity Bantams Carl Baglio & Andres Vargas in Sunday’s final.

Follow live scores on SDA Live throughout the weekend. Match play begins at noon Friday.
